In this 'Portrait of a Young Girl' is a further development from the work of Jan van Eyck and Rogier van der Weyden, the two pioneers of the Early Netherlandish school to whom Christus is generally seen as the most significant successor of the second generation. The panel was highly influential in the decades after its completion. Its appeal in part lies in the sly expression of the sitter, which is accentuated by the fact that her eyes are not quite aligned while her eyebrows are slightly skewed.

§ 1. INTRODUCTION
The object of this Terms and Conditions is to regulate the conditions of using and functioning of the Website Paintings in movies which is maintained in the domain www.paintingsinmovies.com and posting in it, on the basis of the right to quote fragments of photographic works and  movies. Rules set out the rights and responsibilities of all Service Users, as well as the rights, duties and responsibilities of the Administrator as manager and operator Service.

§ 2 DEFINITIONS
The terms used in these Terms and Conditions of the Service shall be understood as:
1.	Service: www.paintingsinmovies.com - Service of a cultural and artistic in which there are published and made available fragments of audiovisual works in the form of graphic files showing paintings, graphics, sculpture and other visual art works found in the works of movie. More than that, the service provides information, user comments and advertising of goods and services. Service generally allows users (depending) add documents, add comments, rating articles and other page elements - as far as the activities of users are not accordance with the provisions of these Regulations.

3.	Adding Painting Form - survey, which fills the user during the process of adding new material to the site, located at www.paintingsinmovies.com/m/add, in which the user must specify information about the added quote and quoted works and its authorship.

§ 3. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE THE SERVICE AND PROVIDE SERVICES
1.	The Service can be used by natural persons of legal age, who have full legal capacity and legal persons and organizational units without legal personality having legal capacity. Active use of the site (for example, by adding new material, posting comments and opinions) is possible after clicking "I accept the Terms and Conditions of the Service" which means acceptance by the user, rules for the use of the Service defined in this Terms and Conditions. 
2.	Use of the service by users is free. The user is entitled to:

b)	posting comments and ratings in materials available through the service, if the Administrator has made this option to the item.
c)	add material to the site with their description on the basis defined in this Terms and Conditions.  
3.	Advertisers are charged for advertisements posted on the Service under a separate agreement.
4.	By using this site it is possible to add materials which are quotes, and contain elements which are fragments of audiovisual works presenting paintings, graphics, sculpture, and other visual art works in the movies. The Administrator reserves the right to moderation for proper descriptions advertising messages hidden in the content, the presence of illegal content to the provisions of the Terms and Conditions. The administrator can limit the possibilities of publishing content suggested by the User. The entity that publishes materials on the Site are those supplying materials (Users) that only use the portal as a technical tool by which it shall publish.
At inserted by the user material will be placed nickname (Nick), the author of the work, and the following data identified by the user adding track: a movie title, year of production, the country of production, genre, director, cast, actors in the scene, the time in the scene, painting title, author, year of painting creation, style, theme, artist’s country, a painting color, type of room, room colors, additional description.
5.	User placing part of the Work in the Service declares that they have full copyright to the addition of their material, and declares that the works are free from physical and legal defects or that they have another title to dispose of the materials and their publication within the service, or that due to the nature of the publication is subject to the provisions of fair use of protected works. In addition, user agrees that added pieces of works do not violate any rights of industrial and intellectual property of third parties, in particular copyright, trademark and patent law.
6.	In case of change the legal status referred to in paragraph. 5 above user is required to withdraw the work from the site, by submitting a request to remove the work using the service contact form.
7.	User is fully responsible for the content of the materials he added to the Service.
8.	In case of any suspicion in connection with User honesty and truthfulness of the statements referred to in paragraph 5, the Administrator has the right to temporarily or permanently withdraw the material posted by the User from the service until the clarification of doubts and establish the facts.
9.	To add content to the Service, the User must provide to the Administrator through the Service materials with the following technical parameters: complete at least the following fields: movie title, the time in the scene, Nick. In order to provide a photo file it should be in jpg format.
10.	The Administrator make automatically convert Work on other files available on the Website.
11.	User declares that access to shared files they are not limited in any way, in particular through the use of a password. Furthermore, he declares that in its files do not contain viruses or code that may be dangerous to the operation of the Service or the computer owner.
12.	Content added by users are made available in a maximum of 14 days from the day following the date on which the material have been added to be published using the Adding Painting Form available on the www.paintingsinmovies.com. 
a)	The Administrator reserves the right not to publish in the Service materials sent in incorrectly formatted files.
b)	The Administrator may at any time temporarily or permanently remove the material from the Service in particular, after receiving information from a User or other entity that the content violates applicable law, intellectual property rights or personal rights of third parties.
c)	The service has the right to refuse publishing content the Material in the Service if it believes content contained therein to be inappropriate or contrary to law or morality, in particular, will be rejected works with pornographic content, promote hatred, racist or prejudicial to the image of the Service.
d)	In case if, for the material added by the user via a Adding Painting Form on www.paintingsinmovies.com, do not apply the provisions of fair use of copyright works, the User along with the materials sent for confirmation and publications, provides the Administrator and Slawomir Wzorek as private person, for an indefinite period, unpaid, non-exclusive, territorially unlimited license to use the whole or part of the material published on the following fields of exploitation:
a) in the recording and reproduction - the production of a specific technique copies of the work, including printing, reprographic, magnetic recording and digital technology; b) in recording and reproduction in a computer memory, recording on media intended for use in a computer in order to produce a work backup; c) in the trade of the original or copies on which the work was recorded - the implementation of the Work of marketing and sales, lending or rental of the original or copies, without limitation in time and territory; d) the following fields of exploitation : in the distribution of the Work in in a different way than specified in paragraphs b and c - public performance, exhibition, display, broadcasting and re-broadcasting as well as communication to the public in such a way that everyone can have access to it in place and time individually chosen by them;
e) in other areas:
- recording by any technique, regardless of system, size and standard in any data storage device, in particular audiovisual, video cassette, computer disk, DVD, floppy disk, magnetic tape, on photographic film, analog board, CD-ROM, CD, VCD , CD Rom and MP3 files,
- reproduction by any technique, in particular light-sensitive, magnetic, audio-visual, digital (in any systems or any data storage device), optical, printing in any form, computer recording technique,
- exploitation in whole or in part in the on-line network, including input into the computer and / or distribution in multimedia networks, including the Internet and / or making available in digital form in an unlimited number of broadcasts and the volumes,
- communication to the public so that everyone can have access to them in the time and place of their choice (including the Internet, and as part of any telecommunications services, such as DSL / ADSL)
- in terms of trading of the original or the copies on which the work has been recorded - placing on the market, lending or rental of copies of works or the original,
- using of in telephone connections, including text transfers (e.g. SMS, WAP) and audiovisual
- using for web pages
- using in multimedia works,
- placing on the market
- public performance and / or play in public, in any form,
- communication to the public in any form,
- using in any form for the purpose of advertising or promotion;
- exposure,
- displaying in whole or in part,
- rental and / or lend and / or lease and / or license the use of any commercial or other third parties,
- broadcasting via the Internet, satellite, video and audio wired and wireless,
- related rights, including the unrestricted right to use the work as developed, freely without restrictions in time, for editorial, promotional and all other fields of use, arising out of this Agreement
- reproduction of (multiplication) the Work and distribution copies of the Work multiplied,
- placing on the market units multiplied the Work,
- recording Work in computer memory the Work, distribute the Work in the network, system, or in the form of fixations on media intended for use in the computer (edition the Work in an electronic form)

2.	Use of the Service does not require personal information. The Service will not process personal data of users.
3.	The Service reserves the right to withdraw from the making available material added by the user, in cases where the data given by the user in Adding Painting Form is incomplete (for required fields) or a clearly erroneous. 
§ 5 COMMENTS

2.	User by publishing its Posts represents their own views and opinions, taking fully responses for published content. The Administrator does not take any responsibility for the content of comments posted by Users.
3.	It is unacceptable to place by users any comments of illegal content, untrue, inciting racial hatred, religious, ethnic, violent, vulgar and violate generally applicable moral principles, offensive and defamatory.
4.	It is unacceptable to the placing by users posts of a commercial nature and links to sites where the subject matter is related to the illegal distribution of software and other copyrighted works.
5.
